The basis of design consisting on Clients’ requirement to design a mixed-use building, composed by two main functional parts: The Parking Building and the Tower (including Retail, Offices, Apartments, Mixed use floor and a Sky View Restaurant).

The Tower is a fifteen-story building, raising above the skyline of the Floridian town of St. Cloud becoming thus a landmark of the town and surroundings. The Parking Building is treated with a more industrial look, with open facade covered by vertical metal fins. The roof top of the parking building is accessible by the mixed-use floor of the tower for the tenants and visitors use as a recreational space with pool and outdoor bar.
